Our Policies

Hourly Rate for Driver Overtime: Inflatable will be set up before rental time and picked up on or after rental end time.  A late fee of $25.00 per quarter hour will be charged if the inflatable is not ready to be picked up when driver arrives.  An additional fee of $25 will be charged if driver needs to change location of original set-up.

Daily Rentals: "Daily" rental consists of 6 hours. Set-up will occur anytime between 8:00 am and start of event and tear down as early as 8:00 pm in the evening or the following day.  Additional days may be purchased for 50% of the full day rental price for weekday and 80% for second weekend day.  We reserve the right to set up earlier or pick up later based on our schedule.  If a rental is kept overnight, renter is responsible to inflate rental at first sunlight to ensure proper drying time from the overnight dampness.

Delivery Charges: Rental fee includes delivery to any location within 15 miles of 1064 COUNTY ROAD 523, Flemington, NJ.  Additional mileage will be at a rate of $3.00 per mile (one way mileage charged once). Delivery charge for rentals under $200 will be $60 plus any additional miles over 15 mile radius. 

Cancellations:  A full refund can be issued, if rental date is canceled up to 7 days prior.  50% will be charged if you cancel between 7 and 4 days in advance. No cancellations accepted within 3 days of rental.  (Exception) See rain policy.

Rain Policy: You may cancel your rental due to inclement weather right up to the day of the event provided it is before the delivery van has left to deliver to you.  You are responsible for keeping the inflatable dry.  No refunds once the inflatable has been delivered.  Rain dates cannot be confirmed until original date is canceled.  At time of cancellation, the new dates inflatables can be scheduled based on what's available.

Deposit:  All events over $500 must leave a 50% deposit that can be applied to the rental upon the day of event. A credit card must be on file at time of booking for ALL new clients.  Full payment plus any added fees will be charged at time of pick-up.  Customers must be present when driver picks up unless otherwise arranged.

Safety Requirements:
Power Requirements: Blowers are required to remain on at all times of inflatable usage.  Inflatables are designed to allow constant blower pressure; they will not pop.  A standard GFCI household 15A or 20A (preferred) power outlet is needed to power each blower (inflatable), other items on the same circuit may cause breaker to trip off.  Code requires that all blowers have a Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter (GFCI) used to power the blower.  If a GFCI is not available or if it is not strong enough to power the blower one will be provided to you at no extra charge.  Laser Tag requires AA batteries, which are supplied but may lose their charge during usage.

Keep Inflatable Inflated During ALL Rains *unless winds are strong*:  Our blowers have housings designed to withstand rain and are easily replaced.  Our inflatables are a costly expense to clean and dry if the inside inflated area gets wet.  Keeping it inflated forces out the the water particles from penetrating through the seems.  Unless you have lost power, KEEP INFLATABLE INFLATED DURING ALL RAINS.  Allow inflatable to dry after rain until all seems have no visible bubbles.  Additional charges will apply if this rule is not followed.

Occupancy Limits: Are posted on each individual ride.  Number of occupants and height requirements.
Ride Usage: Customers and riders are to follow the State Requirements poster by law.

Supervision: Constant adult supervision of inflatable is required at all times to ensure general safety and NO FLIPPING among occupants and to ensure that occupant load does not over exceed limits.  Leaning, jumping, or hanging on the sides of inflatables may cause damage to inflatable and result in a damage charge.  AeroChampion Inflatables can provide a monitor on a per hour rate upon request.  Lasers use infrared signals similar to your TV remote so lasers don’t accidentally get pointed towards eyes.

Power Loss: In the event of power loss to the blower during activity, inflatable will lose air rapidly.  Have all occupants exit in a timely fashion.  When power is restored, activity may commence again.

Additional Charges:
Wet or Damp Inflatable:  $40.00 will be charged to any customer who returns the inflatable damp to mildly wet at time of pick-up; a drenched inflatable (has puddles on it) will be charged $75. The fee applies also to any inflatable that was left out over night and is returned "damp."  Occupants should also be dry before entering inflatable unless using a wet inflatable.  General drying consists of air-drying in the sun while fully inflated.  Inflatable can be dried by customer at no extra charge as long as it does not infringe on any others rental time or driver's pickup schedule.  Notification of this instance before delivery van has left to pick up will be necessary if extra time is needed to dry.  Charges will not apply if customer has done the most possible to dry inflatable during possession.  Driver will notify an approximate pickup time.  If early morning pickup is needed, please keep inflatable inflated all night.

Water Slides: Our water slides need special attention in order to avoid additional charges.  Setup driver will inform the specifics on how to deflate and drain water.  Inflatable will need to be setup to allow pools to drain away from the inflatable to avoid water damage.  DRAIN POOLS THOROUGHLY BEFORE DEFLATING.  Allow time to dry before deflating. $75 charge will apply if pool is drain into the ride.

Refolding fee:  $25.00 (Doesn’t apply if AeroChampion Staff picks up inflatable.) applies if customer returns inflatable folded differently than our instructions state.  Our set-up time is based on the inflatable rolled up the proper direction.

Damage:  AeroChampion Inflatables is responsible for any damage due to the normal wear and tear, the customer is responsible for damages caused by, but limited to water, punched holes, silly string, face paint, shoes, dirt, and chewing gum.  Lasers and vests are plastic and may break if mistreated, thrown, or stepped on.  Replacement charge for a broken laser or vest is $20.

Permit Tag Replacement fee: Rides contain a permit tag.  If lost or missing at pickup, replacement charge is $175.

Cleanliness: Customer is responsible to keep inflatable clear of dirt, especially sand, mud, grass clippings, and any other foreign items.  Inflatable must be ready at time of pick-up. A $75/hr charge will result if driver is needed to clear items or clean at time of pick-up.  A tarp will be provided at entrance of inflatable to allow a space to take shoes off and any foreign materials on socks or feet that may result in foreign materials in inflatable.  Please try to keep tarp in place and wash off any mud or dirt after usage to avoid unnecessary fees of cleaning at time of pickup.
